Available for Collection

Acrylic painting featuring giant hourglass of sand, open books, a tea set, and a seated figure in a lush green environment recording history in her journal.

Although Seshat does not appear visually in the Papyrus of Ani, her spirit infuses every written spell. She is the unseen hand behind the scribe, the divine memory that measures, records, and preserves the soul’s journey. The palm, sacred to her and used to mark the passage of years, becomes a living symbol of time and remembrance — its fronds counting the rhythm of eternity. In this painting, the palms echo that lineage of divine record-keeping. Thoth, her masculine counterpart, is the one depicted writing in the Book of the Dead, yet here his presence is transformed: this work restores the unseen feminine intelligence — the Mistress of the Books — whose quiet precision sustains cosmic order.
