A Yogi and Palm Trees
Yogis in the Caribbean
2020
12 x 16 inches
Oil Paint on Canvas Pad; Framed
Towering palms dominate the composition while a small yogi sits beneath them, enveloped by the landscape. Painted during my first full year in the Caribbean, the work captures the sense of awe I felt encountering the scale and visual intensity of tropical plant life.
